What we collect and why

When you send an appointment request, we collect your name, phone number, email, car make and model, address (only for mobile service) and your notes or questions.

We use them only to handle your appointment request and to contact you about it.

Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in contacting you about your request and defending against possible claims.

How long we keep your data

Up to 12 months from our last contact with you. After that we delete it.

Who receives your data

FormSubmit processes form delivery, and Google provides the Gmail inbox and map. Requests reach us by email, without being recorded in the website panel. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing and to object. Just email or call us.

You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

We only use essential browser storage: we remember your chosen language and whether you closed the language bar.
